During our recent road tip to Baltimore, we took some time to visit the Harbor. Each time we come to Maryland we end up at the Harbor, guess you can say its our thing. It’s always something going on at the Harbor no matter the season. But there’s nothing like, visiting another town during the Holidays. On the way back to the hotel, we figured it would be nice to let them get some fresh air despite it being a little chilly outside.
The ice skating rink opened up that weekend, so lots of families were out skating and laughing, they also had this really cute Santa’s workshop, but that was closed by the time we arrived. The Harbor was decorated with bright lights and filled with beautiful people and smiles.
#SJandSparkle enjoyed all of the open space near the rink, stephen and I can not skate and that was not to time to try and do that with the kids since we were far away from home. LOL. But we encouraged the kids to run around , we even joined them. It was fun and it kept us moving so we didn’t have time to think about how cold it was. It was one of those nights, where you realize you may not have everything you want but you have everything you need.So often we get into the mix of shopping and buying gifts, but the best gift you can give to your loved ones is time.
