You are not alone, when you have a mental breakdown(s) because you feel like you are just TIRED.
It’s okay to take an hour to yourself, out of the house to do something for YOURSELF.
Do something for yourself. Yes, I am repeating this because we will find every excuse in the book to say why we aren’t going for a manicure/pedicure, we cancelled our hair appointment, we can’t go to the gym.
Create a workstation, decorate it and keep it neat!
Do not feel bad if once in a while the house is a wreck.
You deserve this life. I say this because, some people frown upon WAHM, they we have it good but half of them can’t do what we do. ( YES, I said it)
Create a schedule, things may change but try to stick to a schedule it will help create some type of balance.
Take a day off during the week. It not only helps your well-being but it also gives your brain a just to breathe.
Before you do anything in the morning, stretch, do some meditation, prayer whatever it is that you do to get in the right frame of mind do it!
