Since I work from home, I am truly enjoying the “newborn” stage with Star. I must admit it’s not easy deciding whether to skip out on work or just lay in bed cuddling with her. Now that she is 5 weeks old, she is getting more alert and becoming more active. Slowly but surely, we are introducing tummy time, toys and all of the fun infant seats and activity mats. The best of this is not only watching her develop and grow but watching her bright eyes open as she stares at me and looks around at her surroundings. She’s surely a nosey one too! LOL Although I wish we can have a staring contest and stare at each other all day, it’s just not realistic. This is where the mamaRoo4 comes in and saves the day.
On the days where my to-do-list is like never-ending and emails are rolling in, this seat comes in handy and saves the day.If you saw my insta-stories yesterday, you know that I took the kids on a road trip. Just me alone with three kids. I had a few hours to get us packed, straighten up the house a bit, and load the car up. After getting her ready and fed, I connected the cord to play music and secured her in her seat. Twenty minutes later, she was still nice and quiet, until the kids came to play with her.Talk about a complete win, twenty minutes? I’ll take that any day.
One of the things I love most about the mamaRoo4 is the different motion options that mimic Stephen and I rthymn + the ability to play music. While carrying her in the womb, I created a playlist for her that I still use today, she loves it! Although I wish, I didn’t have to keep my phone hooked up the entire time to play music, it’s still pretty nice to have that as an option/ It wouldn’t be me if I didn’t mention the sleek design. We chose the black color option, it’s still so modern and stylish!!
I can’t wait to see how her preferences in motion change as she grows, those little long legs moving all around in excitement.
